Three recipes in three days, a bit crazy right!? I really wanted to share this one with you though and then after Christmas we’ll be back to normal programming. Oh, also a month or so ago I created a page for all of my recipes to be in the one spot. It’s up the top in my blog banner – just click on the ‘recipes’ tab.
OKay, onto the recipe.
Ingredients:
- 175 grams butter
- 1/3 cup caster sugar
- Rind of a lemon
- 1 2/3 cup plain flour
Method:
Cream the butter and caster sugar. Mix through the lemon rind and slowly add the flour until a manageable dough is formed and it holds together, but doesn’t melt in your hands.
Roll into a thick log, about 7cm in width and slice off 1cm portions. Bake in the oven (150 degrees) for about 40 minutes.
Let cool and enjoy!
Have a lovely Christmas every one and stay safe x
Merry Christmas to you and your family. Have the happiest of days.
